MY 2 CENTS: Potentially useful therapies (herb, drugs, supplements) will only be effective when combined with success behavioral modification techniques. Also, it’s not uncommon that long-term studies show behavior modification to be significantly more successful than drug therapy; insomnia is a good example. Drugs have a place but they are not a silver bullet. Best way to ingrain a behavior long-term is to enjoy that behavior. That’s what Dan’sPlan is based on:)
