Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Having some delicious golden potatoes on hand for a spontaneous dinner is always nice. Try his basic starchy side with grilled meat.
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 12 small golden potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup dried rosemary, gently crushed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt & pepper
Preparation
- Throw potatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle rosemary and salt & pepper over potatoes and toss again.
- Roast in a 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes, stirring around once in between.
