Rosemary Roasted Potatoes


Having some delicious golden potatoes on hand for a spontaneous dinner is always nice. Try his basic starchy side with grilled meat.

Serves 4
 

 

Ingredients

  • 12 small golden potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup dried rosemary, gently crushed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt & pepper


Preparation

  1. Throw potatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle rosemary and salt & pepper over potatoes and toss again.
  3. Roast in a 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes, stirring around once in between.
