Ginger Garlic Salmon

In the mood for a salmon dinner this weekend? Try this easy and delicious preparation and pair it with a fresh salad and rice.

Ingredients
- 2 fresh salmon steaks
- 1 inch square of fresh ginger, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt & pepper
Preparation
- Drizzle olive oil in a baking dish.
- Place salmon in the dish and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Spoon the garlic and ginger over the salmon, then dot with butter.
- In a 350 degree oven, bake for about 6 minutes before flipping and cooking another 3.
- Scoops a bit of the cooked garlic and ginger mixture onto the top of each steak and serve.
