Chive & Feta Egg Custard
This is a super easy brunch dish for Sundays like this…
Ingredients
- ~3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- ~1 cup crumbled feta
- 8 eggss
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ~1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
- salt & pepper
Preparation
- Grease a 9X9X2 glass or ceramic baking dish.
- Sprinkle feta in the bottom of the dish.
- Blend eggs, milk, nutmeg and salt & pepper, then pour over feta and sprinkle chives on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until the custard puffs and the top sets and gets slightly golden.
